Eating Raw foods
or live foods is the best way to obtain prosperous life long health &
longevity. I have been enjoying, practicing, struggling, welcoming, embracing a
Raw food lifestyle for a year now, and have lost 80 pounds with no exercise. I
am not an extremist; I am not 100 percent raw without exception, not my thing.
I eat raw for the most part. Yet honor my urges, desires, addictions to other
foods that inject their taste, poison, indulgences into my brain. Before you run away scared, Raw foods are foods you have eaten all your life. Fruit, veggies, nuts and seeds. That is it, some wheat grass
and seeds also. How scary is that? Look
at all the foods I made from some of these ingredients.
